River Birch: a 14x14 room with large window and lots of natural light. Hard surface flooring. Access to full bathroom with shower and upper lobby area. $725/mo*

Willow: 11x12 room on the interior of the upper level. Natural light through frosted glass pane. Hard surface flooring, access to Full bathroom with Shower, and upper lobby area. $650/mo*

Cypress: 12x13 room on interior of upper level. minimal natural light through frosted pane. Hard surface flooring, access to Full bathroom with shower and upper Lobby area. $675/mo*

Ammenities: Full Bathroom with Shower

weekly cleaning of bathroom and common area

Laundry on site.

Utilities included in rent.

Massage Tables Available to rent for an additional $50/mo.

Linens available to rent $10/set/month.

*Tenants must furnish their own room and provide their own equipment, supplies and booking system. Rented equipment/linens must never leave the premesis. Damage to any such equipment or linens will be assessed to the Tenant. Laundry is to be used for business purposes only. Tenant must follow Ohio Law regarding their profession and maintain a current license in good standing. Tenant must carry their own liability insurance. Background check will be conducted prior to lease being approved. No altering of rooms in anyway, including painting walls/ceilings/floors. Tenant must keep their spaces clean and free of debris or soiled linens/equipment. Lease payment due on the 1st of every month beginning on the starting month. $100 deposit required to secure room. Lease is for One(1) calender year from date of signing and must be resigned every year. Riverbend Massotherapy reserves the right to terminate a lease for any reason, including but not limited to nonpayment of rent, misuse of space, damage to the space, failure to keep area clean, theft or illegal activity. Riverbend Massotherapy is NOT responsible for any belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Key will be provided for Loft. Access to facility will be limited to normal Riverbend Massotherapy business hours.

COMMISSION SPLIT OPTION AVAILABLE!

Commission split based on experience and client retention, paid out bi-weekly.

Commission Split covers:

-Use of facility and amenities

-Utilities

-Use of booking system

-promotion on company website and social media

-Table Rent

-Linen Rental

-Riverbend branded business cards

-Credit card fees and sales taxes associated with appointments

-additional in-house service training optional

Riverbend Massotherapy reserves the right to terminate any commission split contract for any reason including and not limited to: misuse of space, damage to the space, failure to keep area clean, theft of company property(including client information) or any illegal activity. Riverbend Massotherapy is NOT responsible for any belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Commission split is a 1099 contract position and contractor is responsible for their own income taxes and write-offs. Contractee must provide their own supplies. Contractee must maintain current liability insurance, and licensure in good standing with the state of Ohio, and must follow Ohio Law regarding their profession. Background check will be performed prior to final contract signing. Key will be provided for access to facility. Access is limited to normal business hours. Facility is to be used for appropriate business purposes ONLY at all times. Riverbend tables and linens must never leave the premesis for any reason. Damage to any equipment will be assessed to the contractee and deducted from compensation. Continuing Education is STRONGLY encouraged and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the individual contractee, including cost of class, travel, lodging, and meals, etc.
