Please note: calls without an accompanying text or voicemail will not be returned. Please be advised of our no-call-no-show policy. We offer a standard 15 minute grace period for you to arrive to your appointment without penalty. Your appointment is our time as well as yours. If you are 5-14 minutes late, be aware that your massage may be shortened to keep us on schedule. Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late and do not notify us, we will assume you as a no-show and we will implement our no refund policy. If you notify us that you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, your massage will be significantly shortened but you will still owe the full amount of your service. If you will be more than 20 minutes late, you will need to be rescheduled as we have other clients that have appointments reserved. Always remember that no notification equals a no-show.

ATTENTION FIRST TIME CLIENTS!!

Please note that if you are a new client and you booked online, you may notice a change in your service provider prior to your appointment. This is generally done when one therapist has a disproportionately large client load compared to another during the week you are booked, and we do this to make sure ALL of our therapists are making a fair paycheck. You will get an email from our booking platform notifying you of any updates. This does NOT and will NEVER change the time of your appointment. ANY first-time client is subject to a change in massage therapist up until 4 hours prior to their appointment. We encourage our clients to try every therapist in our office as each therapist showcases different specializations and talents.
