Important Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Please note that, due to the high volume of scam and unsolicited calls we receive, calls without an accompanying voicemail or text message may not be returned. If you are attempting to reach us regarding an appointment, please leave a voicemail or send a text so that we can identify and respond to your request.

Arrival & Late Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and arriving on time allows us to provide your full service while maintaining our schedule for all clients.

Riverbend Massotherapy offers a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

5–14 minutes late: Your service may be shortened accordingly to ensure that we remain on schedule for the next client. The full service price remains due.

More than 15 minutes late without notification: Your appointment will be considered a no-show, and our no-refund/no-show policy will apply.

More than 15 minutes late with notification: We will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be significantly shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full scheduled service fee remains due.

More than 20 minutes late: Your appointment will need to be rescheduled, as we have other clients whose appointments are reserved immediately following yours. The applicable cancellation/no-show policy will apply.

Please remember: No notification = No-show.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. When possible, please contact us as soon as you know you will be late. Communication allows us the opportunity to make reasonable accommodations while respecting the time reserved for every client.

ATTENTION FIRST TIME CLIENTS!!

Please note that if you are a new client and you booked online, you may notice a change in your service provider prior to your appointment. This is generally done when one therapist has a disproportionately large client load compared to another during the week you are booked, and we do this to make sure ALL of our therapists are making a fair paycheck. You will get an email from our booking platform notifying you of any updates. This does NOT and will NEVER change the time of your appointment. ANY first-time client is subject to a change in massage therapist up until 4 hours prior to their appointment. We encourage our clients to try every therapist in our office as each therapist showcases different specializations and talents.
